  • Those were the days…

Quattrofonía was born in year 1.999. Ever since we have been together, arranging pop and rock classic hits to be sung A Capella.

Every single person involved in the group has had a long musical path. We have individually taken part in different musical activities, from melodic music to pop, folk, classical singing, choral music, gregorian chant, gospell, jazz, etc. All these experiences merge and conform Quattrofonia.

  • Performances:
We have performed many times in Zaragoza and also in many places all around Spain. It's impossible to tell them all, but we keep special memories from some of them:

    - Sala Golferichs, in Barcelona, a place where the best spanish A Capella groups have performed.

    - Several times we have sung in the Pilar Festival in Zaragoza, we have fond memories of 2002 in San Pedro Nolasco square, another one in 2005 in the Pilar Square, and one in 2006 at History Museum.

In november 2002 we were asked to open, in the renowned Luz de Gas Hall in Barcelona, the Festival Tot A Capella, where some of the best national and international A Capella groups performed.

  • - In October 2003, we took part in the final session of the XXIII International Coral Festival in Borja, Zaragoza.

    - In December 2004 we were invited by the theatre group Els Comediants to perform with them in Santander in their show Bocato di Cardinale.

    - In march 2005 we closed, with a remarkable concert, the celebrations of the International Women's Day in Ciudad Real.

    - También hemos tenido la suerte de poder cantar en un lugar tan emblemático en Zaragoza como el Auditorio, tanto en la Sala Mozart como en la Luis Galve para el Gobierno de Aragón.

    - In january 2007 we took part in the Aragón Sport Gala at the Prince Felipe Pavillion, where Zaragoza's Mayor, Juan Alberto Belloch gave the tennis player Conchita Martínez a special award for her sport achievements.

  • - After the renewal of the group, we keep on performing, and we did it in a non usual venue, the Nuestra Señora de Casbás Monastery, in Huesca. A different place and a wonderful experience.

    - In march 2011, the University of Valladolid called us for the cicle "A concert a month", that takes place in its main hall, crowded with people who loved the show.

    - We also closed the “Altres Musiques” festival in Bènicassim.

  • Radio:
    - "Hoy por hoy", with Iñaki Gabilondo, in the "Cadena Ser" radio station.

    - "La Gramola", M80, along with Amaral and Revolver, two of the most popular spanish rock groups.

    - We performed at the opening gala of "Aragon Radio", in front of the Aragon Government.

    - We also sang live from the Roman Theatre in Zaragoza for the first live broadcasting of La Gramola, conducted by Joaquín Guzmán.

  • - "La Ventana", Cadena Ser, from Madrid. We sang a couple of songs and were interviewed by Mamen Mendizábal, Máximo Pradera and Javier del Pino.
    - November 2006: Again live nationwide in “La Ventana”, Cadena Ser, Gemma Nierga, Javier Cansado y Javier del Pino interviewed us and we performed several songs.

    - 2013: Back at Cadena Ser. Javier del Pino and Manu Berastegui interviewed us widely in the show “A vivir que son dos días”.

    - And yet again with Javier del Pino, this time from Zaragoza, we took part in a live contest against the Golden Apple Quartett.
